Northeast Care Center, Inc.

A not-for-profit corporation offering residential and supported living services throughout Northeast Ohio for persons with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.

	Northeast Care Center, Inc. (NCC) is licensed by the State of Ohio and under contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (CCBMR/DD). NCC was formed in 1979 and capitalized and reorganized in 1981 by Bruce Folkerth to provide residential and habilitation services to persons with disabilities. NCC’s staff includes Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals (QMRPs) and experienced Habilitation Assistants.
