	The purpose of NCC is to provide residential and habilitative services developmentally disabled individuals. We provide a balance between the therapeutic and homelike environment, in order to develop skills that enable our residents to assimilate into the community. At Northeast Care Center, Inc. we devote our resources to enable each resident to reach his/her highest level of development (Rise 'N Shine).
We offer a variety of services & residential settings that allow the best opportunity for our clients to Rise 'N Shine.
