Multiple openings (Full-time & part-time), all shifts, paid classroom & on the job training provided, EOE, DFWP.

Qualifications: Must be 18 or older, HS diploma or GED required, must pass background check and drug screen before hire, Position reports to house manager.

Starting salary: $8.50/hour

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) NORTH ROYALTON

Minimum Requirements: 

BA or BS, preferably in Education, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing

1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a school, residential or supported living setting

Knowledge of appropriate developmental training programs

Knowledge of Group Home (ICF) operational procedures

Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Must be eligible to qualify as a company driver 

Main Responsibilities will include: 

 Develop ISP for each individual 

Preparing meals according to all dietary orders.

Coordination all aspects of the ISP services to ensure quality services

Providing supportive service and active treatment for individuals

Coordinating and developing community resources

Serving as a role model, mentor and teacher of staff; supervising and measuring staff performance 

Creating an environment that fosters supported routines for individuals with developmental disabilities

The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a flexible schedule, demonstrate communication and organizational skills and promote teamwork in the workplace. 

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) for new Waiver Home (Olmstead Falls)

 Minimum Requirements:

Must be qualified to be a Med Passer and complete training for Certifications 1 and 2

Company approved drivers preferred

Main Responsibilities will include:

Provide direct and support for adults with intellectual disabilities

Provide direct physical assistance and personal care

Serve as a role model and advocate

Encourage and participate in activities promoting quality of life, independence and freedom of choice.

Report changes in client status of condition and complete documentation is an accurate and timely manner


Minimum Requirements:

1-year experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities

Must be qualified to be a company driver

Supervisory experience preferred

Main Responsibilities will include:

Creation of client individual program plans

Supervising staff and providing positive mentoring

Participation in ISP meeting

Staff training

Monitoring documentation

Providing direct care and active treatment services

Conducting fire/severe weather drills

On-call responsibilities/ability to work a flexible schedule

Completing other duties as assigned

WAIVER DIVISION HOUSE SUPERVISOR (West Side Cleveland and Garfield Hts locations)

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

I year experience working in the field of DD

Supervisory experience preferred

Must be an approved company driver and med passer

Main Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and supervising staff

Planning activities and community outings

Direct care and active treatment for clients

Budgeting, shopping, and maintain the household inventory

Implementing client ISPs

Other duties as designated

The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and promote teamwork within a workplace setting.



Must be competent with ISP procedures and implementation

Must be familiar with Medicaid and Licensure regulations and Chapter 13 Nursing Delegation tasks

Must computer literate

Ability to teach and/or train as needed

Ability to float between multiple homes as needed

Must maintain a 24/7 on-call position

The ideal candidate mist be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, serve as an advocate and role model, and promote teamwork in the workplace


Minimum Requirements:

Secretarial experience preferred 

Eligibility to be a company driver

Eligibility to become a Notary Public

Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience using databases

Main Responsibilities will include:

Answering and directing phone calls

Computer and data entry

Filing, scanning, and maintaining employee files

Distribution of company mail

Scheduling appointments for the Human Resources Department

Processing and tracking applicants and newly hired employees

Maintaining office supply and inventory lists
