We offer living arrangements to suit the varying levels of
function by our residents, form moderately to profoundly disabled
and multiple-handicapped.
Group
Home: Most group homes accommodate households the size of a large
family – about 8 to 11 residents. The houses vary in style
and vintage, but each fits with its urban or suburban neighborhood.
Each house may serve slightly different needs; for example, one
is for teenagers as well as adults, another serves only males
and two are for the elderly. |

The Alpha Complex is a larger, campus style set of three adjacent
group homes next to NCC’s main offices. Alpha houses 48 profoundly
disabled and multiple-handicapped adults.
Supported Living: In recent years, more and more moderately
handicapped adults are learning to function best in supported
living. Up to four adults might live in an apartment or house
of their choice in a community near an NCC group home. These
residents take charge of their own lives, but receive daily support
as needed from NCC staff. When necessary, this assistance may
extend to 24-hour services.
Whether in group homes or supported living, all residents are
assured of NCC’s diligent care and skill from carefully
chosen staff. Please call us to find the best option for you.
